Shipping

We strive to ship within 6 to 8 weeks of purchase.
We ship via DHL or PostNL to offer you the most economical shipping method possible.
DOMESTIC orders will take between 3 to 5 business days for travel.
International orders will take 5-15 business days for delivery, depending on shipment company. This does not include custom delays.
Both shipping methods will supply a tracking number.
This number will be send back to you so you can have a general idea of where your package may be.

RETURNS

OSSO PRODUCTS may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note that we always ask the buyer to send us pictures first.Only items that have not been used, have no stains or visible wear and are in their original packaging may be exchanged or returned.The costs for return shipment will be for the buyer.If you’ve accidentally received an incorrect shipment and/or damaged items, please notify us within 3 days of so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you.
